Dear Ones,
April has been such a beautiful month at the ranch, with the super bloom of wildflowers continuing, the lush greenery pervading, and the sweet songs of birds filling the air. Some of the flowers in bloom now are California Poppies, Indian Paintbrush, Sticky Monkey Flower, Dandelion, Mustard, Sage, Wild Cucumber, Wild Oat, and Elderberry.
In mid-April, Matt van Fossan led a Peace Walk at Windermere. We have a nice write up by Andrew Isrocha, one of the participants, to share with you:
"Hi, I am Andrew. My girlfriend Roberta and I went to Windermere Ranch with Matt and Rita. My experiences leading to the 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Peace Walk and Meditation allowed me to fully open myself to healing and clarity. The sacred nature of Windermere Ranch presented me with an extraordinary opportunity to embody my Higher Self. To give forth an acknowledgment that I am loved and listened to, that whatever experiences manifest themselves are for me to benefit from.
"Before the Peace Walk, we, the group, aligned ourselves with personal intentions. Engaging in the Peace Walk, I felt every step was my truth acknowledging that I know what I am here for, that I know what I want for myself. The land is there for us and I felt I was supported by unseen hands."
I wanted to share this inspiring quote by our founder, John-Roger:
Forgiveness
Make peace with yourself.
Forgive yourself for all the things
you've done where you knew
you didn't do the best that you could.
Forgive yourself for forgetting
that you are divine.
So for everything up to this moment,
you just say, "That's no longer real,
it no longer exists,
and this is the moment that God has created.
And in this moment and in this day,
I have my life."
With that attitude, you fall right back
into the kingdom of heaven,
and you get to find out
that you're an heir to the kingdom.
