Dear Ranchers of Peace,
Please join us in welcoming the latest addition to the ranch, Alexander The Goat! His parents, Horchata and "Lord" Byron, are proudly stepping up to teach Alexander all of the important lessons about life as a goat. They all live down at the barn, and Alexander in particular love visitors.
Speaking of the barn, we freshened that space up using funds from last year's fundraiser! In addition to a face lift, we've made a lot of progress cleaning and organizing it. We installed a durable, versatile floor in the main room and even rolled in a basketball hoop, at which point, work up here ground to a halt.
We're also delighted to have three comfortable, well-made, redwood benches that were built and donated by our ranch friend, Roy, who's fourteen years old. For his Eagle Scout project, he came up with this idea, raised the money and led a construction team of younger scouts. Come check them out!
