Dear Ones,
We're having a lovely Spring at Windermere! The land is lush and green from the rains. Delightful wildflowers are beginning to grow, and lovely songs of the birds pervade the air!
The recent rains have greatly improved the drought situation -- this month San Marcos Pass received an impressive 12.7 inches of rain, which brings the local rainfall amount to 17.5 inches. This is 57% of the normal rainfall, as compared to 20% last month. Your continued Light and Prayers for the rainfall amounts, and all concerned in California is greatly appreciated!
With the arrival of Spring, March has been a popular month, with many of our guests and Donors visiting and enjoying the land.
The ranch has been abustle with repairs and improvements this month. Justin Jayne's crew painted the Bunkhouse and upgraded the outdoor drainage system. They also gave the east side of the barn new siding and a new paint job.
